plastic welding is done in several methods depending upon the requirements. Thermal assembly systems spin welders, ultrasonic welders, hot plate welders and vibration plastic welding are some of the quality assembly solutions provided to the plastic industry by PAS. The thermal press uses direct contact heated tools for welding plastic components. To ensure precise welding time and temperature control are absolutely essential. The precise amount of pressure for each component would be determined by the thermal press. This machine is capable of multiple operations at the same time. The cooling time would be pretty quick, and the production cycle is very quick thus enabling increased production. The finished product looks very appealing after the precise welding applied for joining the plastic components. This machine would be very effective in embossing also. Membrane sealing and tamper proof packing for finished products during packaging can be handled with high accuracy by the use of the thermal press. Both microprocessor controlled heat staking and timer controlled heat staking are available for thermal presses. When you are faced with the challenge of welding very tiny plastic components, you can not apply thermal press mechanism, as obviously the heat would melt the tiny components. You can use ultrasonic welding for this purpose to ensure safe and effective welding. This machine would use pressure and high frequency vibrations to create a frictional heat in the tiny plastic components. This heat would be sufficient to weld the tiny plastic components along with pressure applied to join them. The plastic components would cool down immediately after the vibrations stop. The vibrations would be in the range of fifteen hertz to forty hertz. The advantage of ultrasonic welding is that this is a very quick process and can be repeated. This process does not require any consumables for welding the tiny plastic components.
